The 2023 Big Read: Faces in the Crowd

Guttman’s 2023 Big Read is Valeria Luiselli’s novel, Faces in the Crowd. Led by the Guttman Library and the CUNY Humanities Alliance Fellows, these book club meetings will take place throughout the Spring I semester. Please join us for one or all! The Guttman Library also offers free copies of Luiselli’s book to all Guttman students, faculty, and staff (while supplies last!). These free copies were made possible thanks to a humanities grant funded by the National Endowment of the Humanities and the American Library Association. The Guttman Library was one of 200 libraries that the NEH/ALA selected for this award!  Stop by the library’s circulation desk to get yours today!
